Cancellation and No Show Fees
Cancellation within 72 hour from the pickup date will result in a full refund. Cancellation in less than in 72 hour will result in a 50% charge of the cost of the trip.

All Reservations will be charged a 20% fee for the drivers wage. * Please note this is an industry standard and all though most company's call it gratuity it is not a tip it is the drivers base wage.
Most limousine company's book there cars at their rate plus 20% gratuity, or chauffeur's fee. The use of the word gratuity miss leads most customers to thinking they are tipping the driver in advance, when in fact the 20% is the drivers base wage. This is what the company pays the driver for their hard work, they DO NOT get a hourly wage at most company's. So please take good care of your chauffeur they work hard for you! We DO NOT charge a 5% fuel charge like some company's, and we will not charge 25% chauffeur's fee or use the word gratuity to miss lead you!
